Your Purpose of Proposal - Write A Proper OneYour purpose of proposal writing is to let your prospective client know how you will benefit them and give them an idea about what it will be like working with you. You need to consider the following three steps before you can begin your purpose of the proposal writing process.First, you must be able to determine who your main benefit is going to be. This will be the most important part of your proposal and the main part that should not be left to chance. It is not worth getting a proposal that has no real purpose and no value. So you need to write this part down!Second, you need to decide what kind of offer you want to make. You can take any one of a variety of different offers and make it fit into your purpose of proposal. It is important to remember that you are not making a sales pitch here. You are just giving your client a chance to tell you about themselves and what they may be looking for.Third, once you have decided on what you wa nt to offer, you need to get them to sign the offer. This is where your purpose of proposal writing will really help you out. With your pen in hand, you will need to write down your offer on a piece of paper so that you can make sure it is clear and concise. Make sure that you include things like: your name, the date and time you would like the proposal to be delivered, a signature at the bottom so that you can send the proposal to your customer and a phone number where they can get more information if they need it.Your proposal should be easy to read and simple to understand. You should be able to explain the benefits clearly and succinctly. The last thing you want is for your potential client to have to read your proposal again because it is difficult to follow. Therefore, make sure that the first draft of your proposal is easy to read and that the benefits are clear and concise.Your proposal should be organized by Project Manager and Job Title. This way, the next time your client wants to look over the document, they will be able to look through it all together and identify exactly which section it pertains to. This will save them a lot of time as well as frustration in the long run.Make sure that the entire proposal is accurate and complete. If your client does not see a need for a change in the project, make sure that you include this in your proposal. Otherwise, you may find yourself up a creek without a paddle!Finally, send out your proposal in the appropriate format. Make sure that you get the best value for your money by sending it to the correct department or mailing it to the correct recipients.
